Ingredients:
– Lamb chops
– Red wine
– Extra virgin olive oil
– Salt
– Pepper
– Baby potato
– Rosemary
Method:
– Marinate the lamb chops with red wine, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper then grill as your liking.
– In the meantime cut the baby potato in quarter boil it until tender and then place in the oven with rosemary, olive oil, salt and pepper until the skin become crispy.
– For the sauce from a gravy based sauce add rosemary and dry red wine and reduce by half.
