Ingredients:
– Garlic
– Anchovy paste
– Lemon juice
– French mustard
– Worcestershire sauce
– Homemade mayonnaise
– Parmesan
– Salt
– Pepper
– Baby Romaine lettuce leaves
– Radicchio leaves
– Garlic croutons
– Parmesan flakes
– Bacon bits
– Smoked salmon slices
Method:
– In a mixing bowl, whisk together minced garlic, anchovy paste, lemon juice, French mustard and few drops of Worcestershire sauce. Add the homemade mayonnaise, Parmesan, salt and pepper and whisk until well combined.
– In a salad bowl mix together baby Romaine lettuce leaves, radicchio leaves and add the Caesar dressing, plate it and add on the top garlic croutons, Parmesan flakes and bacon bits, complete the salad with smoked salmon slices.
