The demand for condominium projects in Phuket is growing strongly among both locals and foreigners, especially for condos priced between 0.90 – 1.99 MB. The new supplies of condominiums are mostly located in the downtown area and on the east coast of the island where demand is strongest. The condominium property market has experienced the highest growth in recent times, followed by detached houses and then townhouses.
