The Pool House Kitchen Restaurant at Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort, Kamala Beach, Phuket inside the restaurant is an air-conditioned zone. Although it is an open-kitchen restaurant, there is no cooking odor.
Decorated in a modern style, it provides a comfortable atmosphere in which families can relax and unwind.
A large restaurant with numerous corners to choose from, both inside and outside. The interior is a cool, air-conditioned space with many corners. There is a reclining sofa as well as large and comfortable chairs with soft cushions. There are also options outside, such as a poolside corner and a quiet corner.
The Pool House Kitchen Restaurant serves Thai and international cuisine, famous for Indian cuisine. They are usually open every day from morning until night, serving three meals, but during this time of year, they organize a Sunday buffet called “Sunday Feast – The Social Brunch.” Every Sunday from 12 p.m. to 16 p.m., the restaurant serves a buffet with live music.

Regarding the buffet, they focus on making fresh, gradually filling in so if you see a food placed on a few plates. Don’t be upset; they always focus on hot, fresh food, and if you want more, you can request it from the chef. You don’t have to be concerned about being kept waiting for an extended period of time because the restaurant has a large number of chefs on hand.
The buffet-station is divided into European and ASEAN, with Thai, Chinese, Japanese, and an Indian-station with an Indian chef. The Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort is well-known for organizing Indian weddings.
There is also a dessert station, with a different dessert provided each week. Outside, there is a live BBQ grilling station where you can choose what you want the chef to grill for you. And you won’t have to wait for your order; simply tell the staff your table number, and they’ll bring it to you.
There is a wide variety of food to choose from. Today, I’d like to recommend some outstanding dishes to you. The dish that will live in my memory. Let me introduce a few dishes that are in my personal opinion but that I would like to share with you.
The first dish not to be missed at the Thai food station is the papaya salad. The taste can be ordered, fresh, clean, and impressive because papaya salad in a restaurant is usually not as delicious as one purchased from a street cart. This one, on the other hand, is very tasty and clean.
My second recommended dish is seafood BBQ, which I believe you should not miss. Their seafood is very fresh, with sweet prawns, crabs, and squids. Choose what you want to eat and simply tell the table number; as soon as it’s cooked, staff will bring it to the table to serve. There’s no need to stand and wait or return repeatedly to see if the food is ready.

Finally, the most impressive aspect is the Japanese cuisine, which uses very fresh ingredients. I particularly enjoy their sushi, sashimi, and various side dishes. I still miss the taste of Japanese food at this brunch when I get home.
I was going to recommend three dishes, but I couldn’t stop myself. So let’s add another dish: fresh oysters. They are very fresh, so peel away gradually. As stated earlier, each station will have at least two full-time chefs, although each food will be set a little, but if depleted, they fill in as soon as possible.

It is already included in the package for drinks. There are two packages to choose from: 1,890++ baht/person for a buffet with soft drinks, fruit juice, and two cocktails, and 2,200++ baht/person for a buffet with soft drinks, fruit juice, two cocktails, and freeflow draft beer and wine. Both rates include free use of the hotel’s swimming pool and kids’ club.
