The Andaman Kitchen’s drink list is just fantastic with a wide range of beverages from mocktails, cocktails, to spirits and vintage wine. Begin with a homemade cooler to freshen up from the tropical heat. Watermelon is usually the best for this but you may find the Passion Fruit Squash or Watermelon Iced Tea a good bet too.

For food, why not opt for Nai Yang Salad as a kick start? The dish is recommended by the chef and it’s a good combination of Thai and Western flavours. The saltiness from the feta cheese, blends well with the sweet and sour flavours of pomelo and mango and in turn is complemented by fresh green salad and pineapple chilli dressing, yummy!

Spaghetti Seafood is also one of the most popular dishes at The Andaman Kitchen. This dish is a bit spicy yet flavourful and you’ll love the freshness and texture of seafood which has been cooked to perfection – simply delicious.

Pla Tod Nam Pla served with mango salad is another favourite with everyone. The fish’s crispy outside belies the tender fleshy inside and the mango salad just bursts upon your taste buds and makes each bite completely perfect. Another all-time popular dish is prawn fried cashew nuts – an amazing dish complemented by steamed jasmine rice and is perfect for families.

The Andaman Kitchen has an inviting atmosphere and offers casual-style dining. Its spacious area can serve up to 80 people both on the alfresco patio and in the air-conditioned dining room.
