Method:
Combine garlic and olive oil in a cold skillet. Cook over a medium-low heat and stir until the garlic is golden brown. Add the prawns, squid, mussels and white wine, then blend with the cooked spaghetti and season with salt and pepper. Serve with grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
