Signature dish: Filo Grill Maple Salmon Steak

Ingredients:
– Salmon steak 200g
– Maple syrup one tablespoon
– Olive oil one tablespoon
– Filo pastry one piece
– Mango salsa 50g
– Lemon wedge one piece
– Saffron risotto rice 50g
– Grilled asparagus 50g
– Red wine reduction one tablespoon

Method:
1. Season the salmon steak with maple syrup, olive oil, salt and pepper and grill to the desired temperature
2. Wrap the salmon steak with filo pastry and bake two minutes in the preheated oven’ but it does not say at which heat the oven should be at.
3. Grill the asparagus and sautéed saffron risotto rice with herbs then top the dish with the salmon steak
4. Put the mango salsa sauce and red wine reduction on the side. Garnish with lemon wedge.
