On 7th December 2018 – Phuketindex.com got experience “Chef Stefano Baiocco & The Villa Feltrinelli Team” at Baba Soul Food, Sri panwa. The restaurant is usual serving Thai cuisine but this is a special occasion “Chef Stefano Baiocco Pop-Up” that will be on 7th – 10th and 13th – 18th December 2018.

First impression a stunning panoramic ocean views

Starting with Canapé such as Parmesan cheese and Apple Bon-bon, Tagliolino with carbonara sauce, and Aubergine parmigiana croquette.

The eight-course is served in concept features dishes prepared with simple, yet high quality ingredients that can be found in any household, kitchen or farm. The eight-course tasting menu features two starters Shiso leaf and Wagyu & Fish salad and Salsa ponzu, two pasta dishes Linguina with arrabbiata sauce & Lobster tortello with citrus consomme, two main courses Turbot amatriciana and potato foam & Lamb rack with Moraccan sauce and red pepper jus, finishing with 10 spices Minestrone & Banana for dessert.
