Ingredients
– 2 lamb chops
– 1 portion lamb tenderloin
– 4 cooked potato slices
– Massaman curry sauce
– Shredded and fried sweet potatoes
Method
Season the lamb chops and lamb tenderloin with oil, salt and pepper and grill to desired temperature. Sauté the potato slices till golden brown. Assemble the dish by placing the potato slices at the bottom of your dish, top with the lamb tenderloin and lamb chops. Add the heated massaman curry sauce and garnish with shredded sweet potatoes.
