Windmill View Point

On the jungle road connecting Nai Harn Beach and Ya Nui Beach you will find Windmill View Point. It is very easy to find as there is a huge white windmill lurking over the entire place. At the top of the view point is an open air sala that you can sit and enjoy the views of Nai Harn Beach, Ya Nui Beach and the Andaman Sea. The views are pretty similar to those found at Phromthep Cape, however the place is much smaller and has less of a tourist feel to it.

Most days there is a drink vendor just outside the sala as well as a Thai man who sells his hand made jewelery.

The winds in this area can get pretty strong at times, but local enthusiasts take advantage by flying model airplanes and paragliding off the cliff. The strong winds that sweep upward along the cliff face make enough of an updraft to give these thrill seekers a great ride.
