Ingredient:
- 2 tbsp Shrimp paste, should be a kind for chili sauce (Kapi Nam Prik)
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 200 g. Palm sugar
- 5-6 cloves Thai garlic
- 2 Red onions
- 10-15 Thai Hot Chillies
- 4 Lemons
How to:
Roasting the shrimp paste to make a good appetite smell. Put shrimp paste, sugar, Thai garlic and red onion in a stone mortar, crushed together. Then add palm sugar and Thai hot chilli, pound about 2-3 minutes, finally add the lime juice, make it as the taste you like (originally should be hot – spicy, sour and a bit sweet). Serve with boiled and raw vegetables and deep fry fish (Pla To Tod)
