Stir fried minced pork with curry paste served with fresh vegetables
Recipe:
- Ground pork 200 g
- Chili Spices 50 g
- Shrimp Paste 10 g
- Lemongrass Lane 10 g
- Pepper 10 g
- Kaffir Lime Leaves 10 g
- Chili Lane 10 g
- Thai Spices 3 g
- Sugar 1 spoon
- Fish sauce 1/2 spoon
Instruction:
Prepare ingredients, place wok on medium heat, add vegetable oil and fry chili spices for 60 seconds. Add ground pork, change heat to high for 5-7 minute or until the meat is fully cooked. Then add shrimp paste, lemongrass lane, pepper, chili lane, Thai spices, sugar, and fish sauce. Cook and stir them all together. Turn off heat then add kaffir lime leaves. Serve on a plate.
