Recipe Ingredients:
- Pork belly 300gm
- Shiitake mushrooms 30gm
- Bok choy 50gm
- Garlic 10gm
- Black pepper 5gm
- Coriander 5gm
- Anise 5gm
- Cinnamon 5gm
- Powdered spices 5gm
- Soya sauce 10gm
- Oyster sauce 10gm
- Cane sugar 30gm
- Red soy sauce 5gm
Method:
- Select the best pork belly. Cut into 100gm per piece
- Pound black pepper, garlic, coriander roots
- Marinate pork for one hour with black pepper, garlic, coriander roots, five-spice powder, red soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce and cane sugar
- Stir ingredients over medium heat until fragrant and cook with anise, cinnamon, add the stewed mushrooms with a little water over low heat for about two hours
- The result is soft pork belly that melts in the mouth. Serve garnished with red chili and coriander.
