200g Houttuynia Cordata Leaves
200g Peeled Mung Beans
1 litre of water
Wash the Houttuynia Cordata leaves 3 or 4 times and leave to dry.
Clean the Mung Beans and leave to soak in warm water for 1 hour. Boil until soft.
Place the Houttuynia Cordata leaves in a blender, add the water and blend well. Strain the liquid and put the juice in the fridge.
Grind the Mung Bean together with a little sugar.
Add the ground Mung Beans to the Houttuynia Cordata liquid and stir well. Taste and add more sugar if required.
Serve with ice.
