Executive Chef at the KEE Resort & Spa Taking on the role as Executive Chef for the kitchens at The KEE Resort & Spa recently, Chef Adul Rattanasuwan reveals the inspiration that led him to this position while sharing with us about what he is doing.
Talking about his background and the origins of his culinary route
“I’ve liked to cook ever since I was very young. When I was a child I always helped my mom to cook the school lunch at a secondary school as it was part of our family business. It’s what we did for our living. Then after I fi nished high school, I moved to Phuket to help my uncle who had a small Thai restaurant here. So it was simple and natural for me to begin on this culinary path.”
